What if my camera strap gets dirty?

KIKI Camera Straps can be washed by hand with a normal soap or detergent. Please ensure that you only wash the main fabric area and avoid soaking the leather corners in water/soap. Please do not wash them in a washing machine as the leather corners are not designed to be washed.

Returns Policy

For any reason, if you are unsatisfied with your product, you can return it if it is unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The amount will be refunded to your account within 10 working days of receiving the unused product in the original condition.

Shipping Policy

All products are shipped from India using SpeedPost. Addresses in India will receive their products within 5 working days of their order. International addresses will received their products within 10 working days of their order.
